Condo & Townhome Market
The condo & townhome market in Downtown Huntington Beach struggled through the last six months:
The sales volume was down 7.69%, the average sale price was down 7.56%, the average sale price per square foot was down 5.99%, and the average days on market was up 16.81% compared to the same period last year. However, the market seems to be picking up so far in 2012… buyers seem to be responding to the lower interest rates and prices.
Single Family Home Market
The single family home market in Downtown Huntington Beach has had mixed results in the last six months:
The sales volume is Up significantly… 40%! The average sale price was down slightly 1.68%, the average sale price per square foot was down slightly 2.45%, and the average days on market fell 7.21%
Clearly the buyers are out looking for single family homes in Downtown Huntington Beach, and prices are stabilizing.
Buyers have complained to us in recent months of lack of inventory.
This spring is a great time to sell a Huntington Beach home!
